Why should I schedule a meet-and-greet session?

A meet-and-greet session helps us get to know your pet’s temperament and needs. It ensures a safer and more comfortable grooming experience for both your pet and our groomers.

What is required for my pet to get groomed?

Please bring your pet’s vaccination records and any information about their health or behavior. This helps us provide the best care possible.

Do you require proof of vaccinations?

Yes, for the safety of all pets and staff, we require up-to-date vaccination records before providing grooming services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

How can I change my appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, please call or text us 24 to 48 hours in advance.

Grooming Process

How long does a grooming session take?

The duration of a grooming session varies depending on the size of the pet and the type of services requested. On average, sessions last between 2 to 4 hours.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming session?

For safety reasons and to ensure a calm environment, we do not allow owners to stay with their pets during grooming.

When should my puppy come in for its first groom?

It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two week after their last set of vaccinations. We will not clip your puppy on their first visit to the Spa as the evolution from a puppy to an adult coat is dependant on breed and a grooming regime will be suggested to suit your puppy. During their first visit your puppy will be introduced in a relaxed and fun way to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming salon ensuring that future visits are stress free.

What if my dog's hair is knotted or matted?

If your dog’s hair is matted, we will discuss the best options with you, which may include de-matting or cutting the hair short. This ensures your pet’s comfort and prevents skin issues.

Do you cut the nails and express anal glands?

Yes, we offer nail trimming and can express anal glands as part of our grooming service.

What if I cannot pick my dog up from the Spa after its grooming treatment?

If you are unable to pick up your dog immediately after grooming, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. However, we do not offer long-term boarding services.

How do you handle aggressive or anxious dogs?

We have safety protocols in place for handling aggressive or anxious dogs. If a dog poses a significant risk, we may terminate the session and provide recommendations for behavioral support.

What happens if my pet becomes aggressive during grooming?

If your pet shows signs of aggression, we will follow our safety protocols to ensure everyone’s well-being. This may include using restraint devices or taking breaks to calm your pet. In severe cases, we may terminate the session.

My dog is old, can it be groomed?

Yes, we can groom older dogs. We offer express services and take extra care to ensure their comfort and safety during the grooming process.

Dogs typically need their nails trimmed every 3-4 weeks. You can schedule an appointment for nail trimming, but we also accept walk-ins for this service, subject to availability.
